Valdžios veiksmai ir sprendimų priėmimo trukmė naikinant veikiančias žinybas

Politinis valdančiosios koalicijos apsisprendimas sumažinti biurokratiją - nuo kelių dienų iki kelių savaičių.

Saulėlydžio komisijos sprendimas siūlyti naikinti tam tikrą instituciją - 1-3 mėnesiai (situacijos išnagrinėjimas, teisinės bazės parengimas, sprendimo priėmimas).

Vyriausybės sprendimas teikti Seimui įstatymo projektą, kuris leistų naikinti instituciją - 1-3 mėnesiai (įstatymo projekto parengimas, jo suderinimas su įvairiomis žinybomis ir Vyriausybės kanceliarijoje, nutarimo priėmimas Vyriausybės posėdyje, jo pasirašymas, paskelbimas ir įsigaliojimas).

Įstatymo priėmimas Seime - ne mažiau kaip 2 mėnesiai (projekto pateikimas, jo svarstymas komitetuose ir frakcijose, plenariniuose posėdžiuose, priėmimas, prezidento parašas, oficialus paskelbimas ir įsigaliojimas).

Vyriausybės nutarimas naikinti instituciją - 2-5 savaitės (nutarimo projekto parengimas, derinimas su įvairiomis institucijomis ir Vyriausybės kanceliarijoje, priėmimas Vyriausybės posėdyje, nutarimo pasirašymas, paskelbimas ir įsigaliojimas).

Institucijos naikinimo procesas - 4 mėnesiai.

Iš viso - ne trumpiau kaip 9 mėnesiai.
