- “Parengti pavyzdinius uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigimo dokumentus tikslas - palengvinti verslui tenkančią administracinę naštą.”
-”Nuo šiol pakaks užpildyti tuščius pavyzdinės steigimo akto formos ir pavyzdinių įstatų laukus taip, kaip nurodyta šių dokumentų pildymo rekomendacijose.”

Be to, numatoma atsisakyti privalomo uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigimo dokumentų, kai bendrovę steigia vienas asmuo, notarinio tvirtinimo, jeigu steigiamos uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigimo dokumentai atitiktų pavyzdinę uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigimo akto formą ir pavyzdinius uždarosios akcinės bendrovės įstatus. Ši tvarka įsigalios Juridinių asmenų registro tvarkytojui įdiegus informacinę sistemą, sudarysiančią galimybę uždarosios akcinės bendrovės steigimo dokumentus teikti elektroniniu būdu.

Juridinių asmenų registro duomenimis, šiandien Lietuvoje yra įregistruota apie 76000 uždarųjų akcinių bendrovių.
